The album was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album in December. It's Blitz was the right comeback for Karen O, Nick Zinner and Brian Chase.

The album is produced by Brian Higgins, who has also collaborated in the past with artists like Kylie Minogue, Bananarama, Sugarbabes, Texas and Saint Ettiene, and his production team Xenomania. The album was nominated at the 52nd Grammy Awards for Best Electronic/Dance Album.

"This must be it", the third single, has been remixed by Rex the Dog, Apparat and Thin White Duke among others.
